Video Testimonial: The Journey To Great Breasts Implants

How far should you go for painless breast implants? The approximate distance between Long Island, New York and Fort Lauderdale, Florida is 1,319.5 miles. While that may seem like quite a long way, Dr. Paul Wigoda’s patient believes no distance is too far to be in the right plastic surgery hands.

One day after plastic surgery

After traveling across the country for her breast implant procedure, one patient shares her story in this video testimonial below… just one day after surgery!

Dr. Wigoda, Fort Lauderdale plastic surgeon and painless breast implants specialist, consistently emphasizes the importance of extensive research when it comes to plastic surgeons. Often, potential patients make the mistake of searching for plastic surgeons only within their own city, or close to home. While this may seem convenient, it often severely narrows your options for finding the best possible plastic surgeon for your procedure.  And, in almost all cases, the price of a plane ticket and a short hotel stay is well worth your health and confidence in your results.

Perfect and Painless Plastic Surgery: Don’t be afraid to take a chance.

After many of her friends had their own breast augmentations done in New York, this patient was eager, but hesitant, to have her own procedure done. After hearing her friends complain of extreme pain or discomfort after their surgeries, she took to the internet and found Dr. Wigoda’s reviews for painless breast implants on his official plastic surgery website, Yelp and Google reviews and his YouTube channel, and was shocked at the difference in testimonials!

“Just hearing what my friend experienced compared to what I was reading online about Dr. Wigoda and watching video testimonials, I decided to do my surgery with him, and it was a great decision! I’m very happy!”

In 2013 alone, more than 90,000 breast augmentation procedures were done in the United States. With that number rapidly growing, competition for patients among surgeons is growing as well. It is a priority that you make sure you spare no expense in obtaining the best possible results for your money and regard your health as more important than a sale or cheap unsafe procedure.

This patient is a prime example of a smart plastic surgery patient. Although she paid for a plane ticket on top of the cost of the breast augmentation, she claims her results were well worth the travel expense.

“The same day of the surgery I woke up after napping and felt great! My parents and grandparents were shocked to see that I was just fine!”

She could even lift her arms all the way above her head just one day after her surgery, which she claims her friends in New York were unable to do for sometimes weeks after their own breast augmentations.

Going the extra mile for breast surgery is worth it… for the right plastic surgeon.

This patient took a chance and traveled across the country for her breast augmentation and highly recommends Dr. Wigoda’s painless breast implants. Whether you are a few miles away, a state away, or a country away, schedule a free consultation today. Go the extra mile.

Dr. Wigoda’s Opinion: Suzanne Somers’ Stem Cell Face Lift

Suzanne Somers brings stem cells to the big screen with her recent appearance on the Dr. Oz show where she unveiled her recent stem cell breast surgery and discussed the stem cell face lift.

Suzanne traveled to Japan to take part in an experimental procedure to preserve her breasts after a mastectomy. The doctors removed fat, blood and stem cells via a small needle from Ms. Somers’ navel and put it through a centrifuge to separate the blood from the other needed “by-products.”  The surgeons then injected the stem cells along with the fat to create a new symmetrical breast for Suzanne.  In her own words, “It is me!” This method is a natural form of reconstruction without the use of implants or foreign materials that the body may reject.

In Breaking Through, Suzanne’s talk show, she recently discussed the opportunity for stem cell facelifts, stating that she recently banked her own stem cells for future use. “As we age, we age in the lower 3rd first and we are able to inject your own stem cells to rejuvenate your own skin. This is the future and so much better than ‘that look.’”

A joint task force of the two leading plastic surgery associations, the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS) and the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) both hold their stance that there is great potential for stem cells in aesthetic surgery but at this point in time, more research and actual data are required before they should be used in every day procedures. They are quoted as saying “…the scientific evidence and other data are very limited in terms of assessing the safety or efficacy of stem cell therapies in aesthetic medicine.”

The task force is led by J. Peter Rubin, MD, plastic surgeon and noted expert on fat-derived stem cells who stated:

“There are encouraging data from laboratory and clinical studies to suggest that the use of adult stem cells is a very promising field,” said Dr. Rubin, “but as our comprehensive review of the current scientific literature shows, the data available today do not substantiate the marketing claims being made to patients seeking aesthetic surgery and aesthetic medical treatments.”

Injecting fat into the face is nothing new.” says Dr. Paul Wigoda, “If the procedure is done correctly, about 50% of the fat will usually survive.”  As we age, portions of the face deflate partially due to fat loss, therefore, facial fat injections will assist with rejuvenation. It is important to note that should the individual gain weight, the fat will expand.

Stem cell research has been going on for a few years in hopes of being able to treat a variety of diseases and that will occur but not until 5-10 years from now.  According to Dr. Wigoda,

  • “There is absolutely no proof at this time that injecting stem cells anywhere is of any use for cosmetic enhancement. In my opinion, this is a gimmick as “stem cells” is the latest buzz word, similar to what “laser” was a few years ago.
  • You could add the word “laser” to any procedure, and people would think it was a magical procedure. To market this as the latest and best thing out there is deceptive in my opinion.
  • It seems to me that surgeons are constantly looking for gimmicks to differentiate themselves from their competitors.
  • Patients should always be wary of anything that is labeled as the “new best thing out there. The hype often precedes the research which, unfortunately in many cases, shows that the treatment did not have nearly the benefit that was claimed.”

Best Celebrity Boob Jobs and My Breast Implants by Dr. Wigoda 2 Months Later

Painless breast implants diaries check in two months later. So it’s been two months since I went “under the knife” for the first time in my life! The good news: It was painless! I guess that’s why Dr. Wigoda calls it painless breast implants! And for the bad news…I don’t have any. I guess if I had to come up with some bad news, it’s that none of my old bras fit.

I just looked back at some of my before and after pictures to see if I miss the old me. I decided to do a Google search (because that’s what I do!) for celebrity before and after boob jobs to see the good, the bad and the ugly.

After comparing my before and after breast surgery by Dr. Paul Wigoda, I am even more impressed and happy. I feel really bad for Tory Spelling and Tara Reid! But Demi Moore and Christina Aguilera made out pretty good! Kind of like me!

I am settling in to my new body. I did yoga for the first time since my painless breast implant surgery. I pushed myself too far, thinking I could just pick up where I left off two months ago, this month and pulled a muscle, but that lasted about a week. My breast implants are “dropping” into place and so is my life ironically! Maybe this is what I needed all along. They say sometimes you feel good and everything falls into place! I think Dr. Wigoda’s painless breast implant results stack up pretty good to Demi Moore and Christina Aguilera.

One Month After Painless Breast Implant Surgery by Dr. Wigoda in Fort Lauderdale

Me less than a month at Painless Breast Implants

Me less than a month after Painless Breast Implant Surgery

You would never guess I had breast augmentation surgery one month ago if you looked at my schedule. I’ve been to Jupiter, Fort Lauderdale, Orlando, Virginia Beach, North Carolina’s Outer Banks, Chicago and San Francisco. Two concerts, a 4-day business conference and I started running on the treadmill last week.

My scars are barely noticeable and I feel like my new additions have always been part of my body. My implants are still sitting a little high on my chest, but they have dropped a little each day, so I think I am on track for the two to three months for overall results.

To Massage or not to Massage after Breast Implants?
When I run into girls who have breast implants and we share the common bond, everyone tells me to massage my breasts for best breast results. So that’s what I have been doing, and it helps!

I’ve been drinking lots of water and exercising more too.

What has changed since my painless breast implant surgery with Dr. Wigoda?

My bra size! I’m still wearing the sports bras and found the best selection at Sears and some sexy bandeau style bras without underwire by Calvin Klein at Macys.

My bra from Sears

My shirts, tops, blouses and pajama tops don’t fit the same: some fit better than others so I have had to start over with new stuff. Great excuse to go shopping, especially online on sites like Taigan.com. They are just a click away.

I wore a bikini top for the first time this weekend, which was exciting and invigorating. Confidence booster 100%.

What do you tell the kids about breast implants?
I was nervous what my eight-year-old daughter would think or say. But it was actually pretty easy. She did notice, but when she asked “why are mommy’s boobs bigger and what are those little cuts,” I told her it was like when girls get a different hair color or hair cut – sometimes, they might want a different boob size, bigger or smaller. She said, “Ohhhhhh!”
That was easy…and true!

Apple Genius Bar, Seasons 52 – The Day After Painless Breast Implants from @Dr Wigoda

2 Days After My Painless Breast Implants at Apple Genius Bar

Day After My Painless Breast Implants at Apple Genius Bar

Waking up the day after breast implant surgery I did not expect to be pain free, but I was… (and just a little swollen). Slept in until 11:00 am, what a treat! Starbucks was the first request, I must be getting better. I just lounged in bed working and playing on my Mac. Making reservations, changing addresses, deleting old pictures and enjoying a day with nothing on my agenda except: relax… Dr. Wigoda’s orders after painless breast implant surgery!

I did not need to take any pain pills all day until around 5:00pm, started feeling a little pulling and tightening, very minor.

Don came home from the gym and felt like venturing out to the Apple store for a quick visit to the genius bar. I called Dr. Wigoda and he said as long as I was up to it and not driving, no problem.

So I took a light shower and decided not to blow-dry my hair, I would get my hair blown out at the mall at Regis, a cheap treat. Made me feel human again.

Visited with Apple store genius bar and then off to a quick bite at Seasons 52. Back home lounging again and watching Saturday Night Live happy to not have an agenda for tomorrow again!

Painless! Breast Augmentation Surgery Day @DrWigoda Fort Lauderdale

5:30 am

Waking up was a little surreal. I’m scared and anxious, but I think I figured out why. As a Type A (aka Control Freak), I will be out of control when I go under the anesthesia. Driving down to Dr. Wigoda’s Fort Lauderdale office in the rain.

Dr Wigoda Painless Breast Implants Surgery

Dr Wigoda Painless Breast Implants Surgery TODAY!

8:00 am

Check in to Dr. Wigoda’s on @foursquare, of course! A pregnancy test confirms I am NOT pregnant, thank you very much. In the prep room the Wigoda plastic surgery A team gets me dressed for surgery in style, IV in, and whatever they are telling me is not registering because I can’t think straight. With Navah and Don as my support team, how could I go wrong? Navah captured the YouTube moment while Don filled my meds.

8:30 am

Dr. Wigoda comes in to tell me I need to make a decision on size. I’m nervous to be too big, but decide on 370 cc (the bigger of my two choices).  According to everyone at The Aesthetics Institute, 90% of breast implant patients wish they went bigger, the other 10% are ok with size, nobody wishes for smaller. So why be the first? I go with bigger.

9:00 am

Surgery table in sight, trying to get those last text messages in on iPhone, kisses to my boyfriend and Navah. Will I wake up to see them again? (random thought running through my head) So if I die, at my funeral the whisper would be: How did she die? Answer: On the operating room table getting breast implant surgery. This is so anti-me, I decide God would not let that happen.

The Wigoda “A” team ask me what kind of cocktails I like, I say cosmo, they start the IV and I’m out. Anesthesiologist Dr. Paul Rodriquez makes the perfect cocktail!

My cocktail of choice!

My cocktail of choice!

11:15 am

I hear someone softly saying “Lisa.”  I open my eyes and feel such a sense of relief that I am alive, I look down at my chest, I think ‘ok, nothing crazy’, looks good. I feel emotional and want to hold everyone’s hand. Nurses Erica, Rocky, Lucy could not have been more comforting, like my new BFFs! By 11:45 I was back in my Juicy tracksuit and in the car on my way home (Don in the driver seat).

1:00 pm

I am in no pain, just feeling groggy from the anesthesia. I eat a Jello, some chicken broth and take my prescribed pills of pain killers, steroids, muscle relaxers and antibiotics. I feel like I can talk on the phone and text, but Don says I shouldn’t because I won’t remember anything. I am super thirsty and drink tons of water. Dozing in and out of Oprah, Rachel Ray and Dr. Oz seems like a nice break from social media networks.

4:00 pm

I ate some chicken and salad and have been walking around a little. I can even walk up and down the stairs and get out of bed myself! Dr. Wigoda just called to check in with me. He said keep lifting my arms every hour, I’ll be following doctor’s orders!

8:00 pm

Nurse Don’s (my boyfriend) shift ends, he feels so good about me feeling good; he is off to the gym and I am off to Twitter!

One Day Before Painless Breast Implants with Dr. Wigoda, I’m Officially Psychotic

So, the countdown begins…just 24 hours before my painless breast implant surgery with Dr. Paul Wigoda in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

A million questions that I can’t believe I never thought of are running through my head. What if I don’t wake up from the anesthesia? What if the electricity goes off in the middle of surgery? What am I supposed to wear? Can I drink a glass of wine or three the night before?

Then I get a text from my boyfriend. He asks: “Do you want to go to the baseball game in Tampa next Tuesday?”

Is he serious?

I’m like WTF????

I’m having surgery tomorrow and he is thinking about next week’s baseball game?…I’m having breast implant S-U-R-G-E-R-Y! How much does he really love me?

Then I realized, I’m being psychotic.

Reminder to self: Dr. Paul Wigoda is the best plastic surgeon; I could not be in better hands, literally. I call Karoline, one of Dr. Wigoda’s painless breast implantSize D pros. She told me all my feelings are normal. Karoline said to wear a Juicy Couture outfit and all will be fine. Cheers!

My Friend Maria Is Jealous! Sexy Painless Breast Implant Surgery in Two Days

Painless Breast Implants

I’ll have the small 34C please, make that silicone with a slight lift, light on the pain and no bleeding. Instead of my Starbucks check-in @foursquare, I’ll be checking in to Dr. Wigoda’s office on Friday morning for some painless breast implants.

Getting lift and cleavage beyond compare…like no Victoria’s Secret bra can do.  That’s why my friend Maria is jealous! Comparing “body” notes with my mommy friends like Maria, we all agree: kids are great, but they sure can take a toll on the body!

I am sooooo ready to see my Plastic Surgeon friend and blogger Dr. Wigoda on Friday morning in Fort Lauderdale! My breast implant surgery is a must-have…I mean push up bras look sexy only as long as you are wearing them! What’s more fake, a good bra that you eventually have to take off or some awesome breast implants?

Can you believe it’s only been 7 days?!

Pre-Breast Surgery Freak Out Moments:

I am starting to freak out a little because I have not worked out in 3 days and not sure how quick I can be back on the treadmill. Also a little nervous about getting cut open upon my own wishes! Other things like what will my ex say, what do I tell my eight-year old daughter…or a few random thoughts before going for my painless breast implant surgery.

Victoria’s Secret has ‘Very Sexy’ bras, well I’m ready for Dr. Paul Wigoda’s Very Sexy (and painless) breast implants! Friday morning at 8:00 am, see you on the very sexy surgery table! My biggest concern: No Starbucks before surgery!

My Lab Results From Blood Work Came Back: I’m Pregnant!

With my painless breast implant surgery by Dr. Wigoda just days away, I’m dreaming about getting all new Victoria Secret’s bras…until I check my iPhone. Waking up to a series of missed calls, text messages and emails from my doctor just two days after getting blood work done is not a fun feeling. I thought either I’m dying, or someone is dead. Cancer, or a brain tumor for sure…

As it turns out, my doctor tells me I am four to five weeks pregnant!

Joy…F-ing PREGNANT! It was one of those life-changing moments where I felt every ounce of blood draining rapidly from my body. This was not the news I am planning to hear days before my breast implant surgery, and after I’ve mentally decided my days of having more babies are history.

Seriously? I go from buying new sexy demi bras to nursing bras?

After having a mind-erasing day at my Ob-Gyn, getting more tests done and being sent home with prenatal vitamins, the call comes at the end of the day: “Sorry, it must have been a lab error, you are not pregnant!” my doctor tells me.

I go straight to a bar and order a tequila shot. Tomorrow is a new day; my breast implant surgery with Dr. Paul Wigoda is back on. So is my cruise in December. So is my boyfriend’s vasectomy.

5 Days Before the Big ‘B’ Day: Painless Breast Implants by Dr. Paul Wigoda

Today I went and had my blood work, EKG and vitals done in preparation for my breast implant surgery with Dr. Paul Wigoda. Only five more days! I can’t believe it. After spending the last week on vacation in my bathing suit on the beach it all started becoming a reality. I mean, I don’t hate my body, I actually have always kind of liked it (and my small B bra size), but after going through my pregnancy and seeing what I could possibly look like a size bigger, I’ve been a little hooked on bigger breasts.

After having a baby, and now a few years have gone by, the breast size and shape lose that loving shape and size. Small but perky are now small and shrinking. So, I’m thinking why wait? I have known Dr. Paul Wigoda of The Aesthetic Institute for almost three years as his friend, PR and Social Media consultant, have interviewed dozens of his happy breast implant patients (with envy) and now I think… it’s my turn!

Am I nervous? Yes, a little. More on the fact that I have never been put under and that control factor.  I’m also nervous about going too big, I really just want to be a big B without having to buy a “good bra” from Victoria Secrets. I mean how real is that?
