The man who played the “People’s Champ” may have decided to erase all those years in the ring with some plastic surgery. Sylvester is well over 60 years old, but doesn’t seem to be aging that much — a telltale sign that a celebrity has had plastic surgery. Well, at least, Dr. Wigoda thinks so.
