My Friend Maria Is Jealous! Sexy Painless Breast Implant Surgery in Two Days

Painless Breast Implants

I’ll have the small 34C please, make that silicone with a slight lift, light on the pain and no bleeding. Instead of my Starbucks check-in @foursquare, I’ll be checking in to Dr. Wigoda’s office on Friday morning for some painless breast implants.

Getting lift and cleavage beyond compare…like no Victoria’s Secret bra can do.  That’s why my friend Maria is jealous! Comparing “body” notes with my mommy friends like Maria, we all agree: kids are great, but they sure can take a toll on the body!

I am sooooo ready to see my Plastic Surgeon friend and blogger Dr. Wigoda on Friday morning in Fort Lauderdale! My breast implant surgery is a must-have…I mean push up bras look sexy only as long as you are wearing them! What’s more fake, a good bra that you eventually have to take off or some awesome breast implants?

Pre-Breast Surgery Freak Out Moments:

I am starting to freak out a little because I have not worked out in 3 days and not sure how quick I can be back on the treadmill. Also a little nervous about getting cut open upon my own wishes! Other things like what will my ex say, what do I tell my eight-year old daughter…or a few random thoughts before going for my painless breast implant surgery.

Victoria’s Secret has ‘Very Sexy’ bras, well I’m ready for Dr. Paul Wigoda’s Very Sexy (and painless) breast implants! Friday morning at 8:00 am, see you on the very sexy surgery table! My biggest concern: No Starbucks before surgery!

Follow Painless Breast Implants Surgery: Dr. Wigoda Patient Blogs and Tweets Through Process

Get an inside look at questions and concerns that come with plastic surgery from a real patient through the whole process.

Fort Lauderdale, FL – July 19, 2010 – Face-to-face consultation or Facebook-to-Facebook? Each year over 350,000 women have breast augmentation surgery in the U.S., and Board-certified Plastic Surgeon Dr. Paul Wigoda is giving potential patients the chance to go behind the scenes of one woman’s painless breast augmentation experience.

Follow Dr. Wigoda’s patient, Lisa, through the entire process of consultations, initial check-ups, her surgery day and post-op results as she shares her thoughts, experiences and insight on Dr. Wigoda’s South Florida Plastic Surgery and Beauty Blog, Twitter @drwigoda, Facebook and YouTube.

“I don’t hate my body, I actually have always kind of liked it and my small B bra size,” Lisa shared in her first painless breast implant blog post. “But after going through my pregnancy and seeing what I could possibly look like a size bigger, I’ve been a little hooked on bigger breasts. Dr. Wigoda’s painless breast implant procedure is exactly what I’m looking for.”

Get answers to many of the typical question Dr. Wigoda faces about the not-so-typical painless breast implant surgery he has perfected over the years at The Aesthetics Institute.

Dr. Wigoda uses over a decade of South Florida plastic surgery experience to blend the methods of other respected cosmetic surgeons, perfect his own technique and match the correct incision, implant and procedure to every individual patient.

For some women, breast augmentation surgery is an easy decision. For others, the idea of elective surgery, the physical side effects, and potential risks make the decision more difficult. Dr. Wigoda and Lisa take you through the process from start to finish.

My Lab Results From Blood Work Came Back: I’m Pregnant!

With my painless breast implant surgery by Dr. Wigoda just days away, I’m dreaming about getting all new Victoria Secret’s bras…until I check my iPhone. Waking up to a series of missed calls, text messages and emails from my doctor just two days after getting blood work done is not a fun feeling. I thought either I’m dying, or someone is dead. Cancer, or a brain tumor for sure…

As it turns out, my doctor tells me I am four to five weeks pregnant!

Joy…F-ing PREGNANT! It was one of those life-changing moments where I felt every ounce of blood draining rapidly from my body. This was not the news I am planning to hear days before my breast implant surgery, and after I’ve mentally decided my days of having more babies are history.

Seriously? I go from buying new sexy demi bras to nursing bras?

After having a mind-erasing day at my Ob-Gyn, getting more tests done and being sent home with prenatal vitamins, the call comes at the end of the day: “Sorry, it must have been a lab error, you are not pregnant!” my doctor tells me.

I go straight to a bar and order a tequila shot. Tomorrow is a new day; my breast implant surgery with Dr. Paul Wigoda is back on. So is my cruise in December. So is my boyfriend’s vasectomy.

5 Days Before the Big ‘B’ Day: Painless Breast Implants by Dr. Paul Wigoda

Today I went and had my blood work, EKG and vitals done in preparation for my breast implant surgery with Dr. Paul Wigoda. Only five more days! I can’t believe it. After spending the last week on vacation in my bathing suit on the beach it all started becoming a reality. I mean, I don’t hate my body, I actually have always kind of liked it (and my small B bra size), but after going through my pregnancy and seeing what I could possibly look like a size bigger, I’ve been a little hooked on bigger breasts.

After having a baby, and now a few years have gone by, the breast size and shape lose that loving shape and size. Small but perky are now small and shrinking. So, I’m thinking why wait? I have known Dr. Paul Wigoda of The Aesthetic Institute for almost three years as his friend, PR and Social Media consultant, have interviewed dozens of his happy breast implant patients (with envy) and now I think… it’s my turn!

Am I nervous? Yes, a little. More on the fact that I have never been put under and that control factor.  I’m also nervous about going too big, I really just want to be a big B without having to buy a “good bra” from Victoria Secrets. I mean how real is that?
